Loan Code provides commercial loan consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Loan application packaging
- Lender matchmaking
- Advisory services throughout underwriting and closing
- Ongoing support to help clients meet their financing goals
Fulfillment of Services
Upon payment, our service delivery begins immediately. Depending on the engagement, this may include document review, lender introductions, and advisory work.
Consulting engagements are typically fulfilled over the course of 30 to 90 days, depending on the loan complexity and client responsiveness.
Refund Policy
Because our services begin immediately and include our time, expertise, and access to lender networks, we do not offer refunds once services have commenced.
If you have not yet submitted required documents and wish to cancel within 48 hours of payment, we may consider a partial refund at our discretion, less any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your engagement with Loan Code at any time by submitting a written request to support@loancode.com.
However, cancellations do not entitle you to a refund once services have been initiated.
We are committed to client satisfaction and will make every effort to address your concerns before cancellation is finalized.
Commitment Fee
Some of our service packages include a commitment fee to initiate engagement with our network of lenders. This fee is non-refundable as it covers preliminary consultation, file review, and preparation costs.
